Experience the calming and relaxing effects of a reflexology treatment, a gentle non-invasive massage of reflex points in the feet.

What is reflexology?

Reflexology is a complementary therapy involving a particular type of massage of the feet. It is based on the theory that different areas of the feet correspond to every area of the body. Using thumbs, fingers or knuckles to apply gentle pressure to the feet, treatment may encourage general relaxation and an improved sense of wellbeing. Sometimes the hands may be used instead of the feet, although the feet provide a larger area and greater sensitivity to treatment.

A fascinatingly accurate map of the body has been identified in the feet and this can be seen by clicking the foot map symbol.
